By tightening brand execution and increasing output speed, we enabled scalable, high-performance creative across their nationwide presence. This improved brand visibility and organic marketing performance, contributing to a 6.6% increase in inbound leads, which at Terminix’s scale translates to roughly $139 million in impact. More importantly, stronger and more consistent brand execution led to an 80.5% improvement in customer retention. At scale, even a 1 percent lift in retention is worth tens of millions in preserved recurring revenue. This is why we focus on branding and creative systems, because they directly influence trust, retention, and long-term customer value.
